party foul and a half.

This article puts some serious fear into me. I took everything I learned about mantra yoga and such, and that's how I learned to run well-- by putting a song on repeat. I ran one marathon without my earbuds (or "my ears" as I usually call them) and swore I'd never do it again. Ugh. I'd better still have a few marathons that won't ban music just yet; I have more marathons left in my feet.

I had a wonderful workout tonight. 500 variety crunches, 2.38 miles in 35 minutes, nice, easy, curls, bell pulls, shoulder work, quads. Nice. Felt good to be back after the back injury and to not feel like I lost any headway.
